Cobalt Mortgage is largest privately owned mortgage banking firm in the state of Washington and have branch offices throughout the western United States. They reached out to their partners at Vantive looking for a way to have their customers be able to pay initial and ongoing payments through their website; all while maintaining strict government and banking practices with customer data and financial information. Vantive pointed them in our direction, and we showed them how easily we could build a .NET platform using Authorize.net technologies. We are continually improving this project and are in the process of adding an active PDF page that will replace their terms and conditions page with a more seamless document that allows for legal customer signatures.
